All of our orders are dispatched within one working day of orders being placed.

Standard delivery is currently included in all UK orders and International orders over £100.

The estimated delivery dates are based on the average delivery times experienced by the majority of our customers. However as we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail Service and would ask that, after receiving your notice of dispatch by email you wait; eight working days for UK orders, fourteen working days for Western Europe and twenty working days for the Rest of The World, before contacting us.

UK Special Delivery £6.95 per order (max weight 2kgs) Next Day

Orders placed by 1pm Mon to Thurs will be delivered before 1pm the next day. Orders received before 1pm on a Fri may be received on the Sat, however Royal Mail only guarantee delivery by 1pm on a Monday for orders dispatched on a Friday.

Returns

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you for the product. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged.
