United Kingdom Deliveries

First Class Royal Mail

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day and the majority of orders are delivered in 2-3 working days. However we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service so we ask that you wait 8 working days before contacting us, if you haven't received your goods.

If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a delivery card at your address asking you to collect your parcel from your local sorting office.

Delivery Costs £0.95 per item (£1.95 for Gift Sets). Please note for Customers paying in Euro, this value may change depending on the daily exchange rate.

Special Recorded Delivery

Orders placed by 11am Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next day. Orders received before 11am on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. However, they do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday for arrival on Tuesday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt. Prices are calculated by weight and will be clearly stated when you reach the checkout page.

There is a £0.65 delivery charge for each item (£1.65 for Gift Sets) delivered to a Bailiwick of Guernsey address. Please note for customers paying in Euro this value may change depending on the daily exchange rate.

International Deliveries

Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries to Western Europe and up to 20 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world. Prices are calculated by weight and will be clearly stated when you reach the checkout page.

Airsure - Airsure is a fast, secure and reliable service with electronic tracking. Priority handling in the UK and Europe. All packages are insured up to £36.00. Airsure is not time guaranteed. The maximum weight limit is 2kgs for this service. This service is available to the following countries;

Europe - Andorra, Austria, Balearic Island, Belgium, Canary Islands, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland (Rep of), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

World Zone 2 - New Zealand

International Signed For - International Signed For is a standard airmail service which covers virtually every international destination, with security of proof of posting and signature on delivery. Automatic insurance up to £36.00, Online tracking in the UK. The maximum weight limit is 2kgs for this service. Signature taken on delivery (copy not available).

International Standard Parcels - 30kg maximum weight to most destinations, items insured up to a maximum value of £150.00 for loss or damage. International Standard Parcels is not time guaranteed.
